To strike off a limited company you are required to send form DS01 to Companies House.
You can now do this with a simple online process that should only take around 10 minutes to complete.
It costs £8 (instead of £10 by paper) to close a company and you’ll need:
- the company number
- the company authentication code
- an email address for each director
- a credit or debit card, PayPal account or Companies House account
